Edra Grey · last updated July 3, 2026
Edra Grey is an independent AI systems, video, and web development practice. This policy covers edragrey.com and the tools Edra Grey operates on its behalf, including Greylight, an internal content-publishing tool that connects to Instagram and Facebook via the Meta Graph API.
1. Who operates this site
edragrey.com is operated by Eduardo Luis Ramirez Paynter, trading as Edra Grey, an individual freelance operator based in Florianópolis, Brazil. Edra Grey also builds and operates client tools under this same business, including Greylight — a private, access-restricted tool used to publish approved content to Instagram and Facebook accounts that Edra Grey or its clients own and have explicitly connected.
2. Information collected on edragrey.com
- Newsletter signup. If you submit your email through the site's signup form, it is sent to Brevo (our email marketing provider) and added to a mailing list used only to send tutorial and project updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us below.
- Standard hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs basic request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and reliability. We do not run any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site.
We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties beyond the service providers named here.
3. Meta Platform data (via Greylight)
Separately from this site, Edra Grey operates Greylight to publish content to Meta Platform accounts (Instagram Business accounts and Facebook Pages) that an account owner has explicitly connected. Using access tokens scoped to those accounts, Greylight publishes operator-approved content (images and captions) and reads the results of publishing (post IDs, permalinks). We request only the permissions needed to publish on the connected accounts' behalf. We do not collect data about followers, audiences, or any other third parties, and we do not use the Meta APIs for advertising or profiling.
Meta access tokens are stored as encrypted environment variables on our hosting infrastructure, never in a database, and are used only to operate the publishing features described here. This use of information received from the Meta Platform adheres to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including their limited-use requirements.
4. Data retention and deletion
Newsletter emails are retained until you unsubscribe or request removal. Meta account owners may revoke Greylight's access at any time from their Facebook or Instagram settings (Business Integrations / Apps and Websites); on revocation or request, we delete the associated access tokens and publishing records. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data described in this policy, email erpaynter@pm.me.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
